Three questions we hear first
A mid-sized operation with four to eight departments usually runs eleven to fourteen weeks from the first rollout sitting to handover. Smaller consolidations of finance and inventory alone can finish in seven to nine weeks. We confirm the estimate in writing after the first sitting, once the module tickets are scoped.
Yes, and we prefer it. The legacy system remains the book of record until the go-live note desk closes on the first Monday after cutover. Migration sheets capture a final extract at that point so that the new platform starts from a known state and the old system can be retired on a planned date rather than in an emergency.
